No, absolutely not. All items will be primed before the paint is applied. This removes the factory grease and therefore the paint adheres better to the surface. When the design is painted and dried, it becomes 100% waterproof on it´s own. I always use a finishing coat that protects against tearing and creaking.
Prices depend on the item you would like to have customized, the details your design contains and the time that is necessary to create your design. The prices start at €550 excluding the item. Except for baby shoes or jackets. I let you know the price as soon as we have a specific description and the right images for your design.
The deliver time depends on how many orders I have before yours and where you’re based. Usually this is about two months. Each item is carefully hand painted and made to order. Quality and a long-lasting design is the most important, so please be patient with your NEVERMIND CUSTOMS. Of course I will keep you informed during the whole process.
Actually… anything you want. From soft and clean designs to extreme detailed and outstanding. I love to be challenged in new creations.
Something I will not accept is to recreate designs that belong to other artists. In this way the designs remain unique and appropriate to the artists.
I also do not repeat a design I have already made. It’s possible to do a similar design that contains your personal wishes. I like to have my customs unique and exclusive to the person who wears it. That’s what NEVERMIND CUSTOMS stands for. So every design I have made before will also not be available to request exact as they are.
Yes of course! Do you already have a beautiful item? And do you want an unique design? That is certainly possible. Preferably a new item (not worn) with a smooth leather surface. Please, indicate this information in the ‘Design Request’ form.
Most customers request the sneakers in a specific model or from their favorite brand. I have painted on a lot of different sneaker models like: Nike Air Force, Pumas, Adidas Stan Smith, Tommy Hilfiger etc. I love this diversity.
Leave a comment on the ‘Design Request’ form and I will keep in touch via email to make sure you’re happy with your order. If you have wishes for other types of items, such as, skates, boots, caps, bags etc. let me know.
First of all, I recommend that you wear your item with care and love. After all, it is hand painted.
If the item gets dirty, they can easily be cleaned by hand. Then use cool/warm water, a drop of soap and a soft sponge/cloth. You can wipe over the design. Always clean your item after wearing them to keep it in the best condition.
Please avoid putting your item through the washing machine… I cannot guarantee the result of this.
Because each item is painted to order especially for you, I cannot offer a return policy. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me. Make sure you know the right size of your preferred Item. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for items that are ordered in the wrong size. It is important to do a double check.
Unfortunately, returns are also not possible for the caps.
