How it works
1. Your favorite item
To get started with your custom design, please specify the brand and model of the item you’d like to customize, making sure that it has a leather surface. I will provide the chosen item for you.
2. Your Ideas
Provide your ideas and preferences for the design you have in mind. You will receive a quote based on the item, design, details and time it will take to create. I always make you a digital design before I start painting.
3. Customize
Once you approve the digital design and price, I will begin work on your unique, one-of-a-kind piece. I will take you with me through the process and when the item is ready, it will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Information
About the payment
After reaching an agreement on the price and the digital design, a deposit will be required. The deposit, which is equal to 50% of the total cost, must be made 2 to 3 weeks before the start of the painting process. You can make the payment through your regular Bank Transfer or via WISE.
Throughout the process, I will keep you updated with pictures of the progress. If you have any additional requests or questions during this time, you can tell me. I will send you final photos of the finished product. If you are completely satisfied, the remaining 50% of the total cost will follow. The design will be protected with a finishing coat, and I will ship it to you as soon as possible using a trackable delivery service.

The cost of customization begins at €550, excluding the item itself (with the exception of baby-related personalizations). This price is for wedding and flower designs. Designs that feature cartoons, logos, text, multiple colors, full coloring, patterns, etc. – in other words, anything that doesn’t require highly detailed images – will have a separate pricing.

Starting at €950, customizing designs with extreme details, like realistic images (like portraits, animals, drivers, cars, etc.), is available on the website. This price covers the adds of coloring, logo, text, number, and everything that makes the design complete, excluding the item itself.

The cost of your custom design will vary based on the details and complexity of the image(s) you desire, as well as the amount of time it takes to create.
Please keep in mind that I do not duplicate designs from other artists and I also do not repeat designs that I have already made. I aim to make each custom piece unique and exclusive to the person who wears it, so I’m open to creating similar designs with your personal touch.✨

Design Request
Shipment
The deliver time depends on how many orders I have before yours and where you’re based. Usually this is about two months with hand-painted items. You will always receive a track & trace code to follow your package and it will be delivered by registered mail. Of course I will keep you informed in the meantime! The shipping price is always included with the final price your receive from me.
Return
Because each item is exclusively painted for you, I cannot offer a return policy. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me. Make sure you know the right size of your preferred Item. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for items that are ordered in the wrong size. It is important to do a double check.
